The original installer thought there was a problem with my electrical wiring or the dishwasher itself was defective, but Mike quickly found the problem (minor issue with the connection wires attached to the dishwasher) and reconnected my disposal button, which had been disconnected by the installer (hence the concern of the house wiring). From my original consultation to his guidance and opinions, the actual work he performed, cleanup, it was all professionally done beyond my satisfaction. I just moved into my new construction home and wanted upgraded kitchen/bathroom hardware as well as nicer mirrors installed. Bruce provided his feedback regarding what he suggested I buy but left the ultimate decision-making up to me.
