“Rebecca was excellent to work with! I went in-store to see what I possibly could get an iPhone 12 Pro Max for (I’d been eyeballing that phone for a while now and I became dissatisfied with my previous cellular provider) but we went ahead and ran an application for the 13 Pro Max. She was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and very professional, and with each customer who came in through the door, she greeted and asked how she could help them when she had an opportunity to do so. Turns out I got a surprisingly low down payment price and I was able to walk out the door with a beautiful Sahara Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max in a quick manner. She even helped set my phone up (except for putting in personal info such as emails). I’d definitely ask for her if you plan on upgrading or starting an account as a new customer.”

“Dan is great! After us tinkering for about two hours trying to figure out what was causing my bsod, he figured out it was the CPU. Put a new CPU in and BAM, no more bsod issue. He ended up charging me a VERY low rate for the CPU and his services. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody and everybody!!”

I see people crying about being late and them wanting their merchandise back, they are a business and businesses either want their money or their product back, your life’s problems are not theirs. Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all”
