It was close to me, and when I called Todd answered and told me what he had available. When I got there he had a stool setup for me to try it out and a personality that made me want to stay. “My friend and I visited this store this evening and were very pleased with the service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable the staff was. There are tons of these sort of privately owned and family run cell phone/convenient food-marts here in the inner-city (or should I say 'hood' lol) of Cleveland and most of them seem to run their stores in "scummy" sort of way and a lot of employees are usually rude, too. Not here though!! The two gentlemen who helped us (pretty sure they were the owners) were great. Really my only complaints are that the store was a little crammed/cluttered and (in my opinion) a taddddd-bit overpriced. But all-in-all, we were happy with the service we received. We will certainly come back here for any future cell-phone needs! 😊”
