“I went to this one after a horrible experience in Mckeesport that cost way too much and didn't know until I had to pay or lose my cell phone number, making me unable to switch companies. The sign says free phone with 50$ plan, and the girl said that I had to have 60$ plan. They had 5 free phones and one in stock, which I didn't know until after my phone number was already porting. Anyway, at this one, Vanessa listened to our story and tried everything to help us. We were there for over an hour. While she couldnt fix the mistake if the last store, she tried everything she could, including calling management that didn't answer and customer service. She was able to get an extra activation fee I never should have paid taken off but we needed to go back when her boss was there to get the line added that I needed. After all the problems, my boyfriend decided to go with a different company. I now pay 60 bucks when I had 2 lines with cricket for 80. I had been so looking forward to a new phone, that should have cost the same as cricket, but lack of communication put me in a position where I lost my choices. It'll never happen again.”

“I can't say enough good things about Alissa and her role as our daughter's piano teacher. We started lessons with Alissa many years ago when she was just starting her private practice. Even then, she impressed the heck out of us. She was organized both in her lessons and her communications, but also used great teaching strategies and offered fun rewards and ways for her students to feel involved not only in their individual lessons, but with her community of students. Her skills have only grown throughout the years. She has an enormous amount of patience and even if our daughter stresses over not having practiced as she knows she should have, she always leaves her lesson encouraged and motivated to start again. Alissa has a way of exciting and encouraging our daughter and we are so happy not only for the piano skills she has acquired over the years, but that she has another strong female role model in Alissa. Our daughter loves Alissa and can't wait to see her at lessons! We are so pleased with Alissa and would highly recommend her for anyone seeking piano lessons!”
