If you want a real mattress, not something that comes rolled up in a box, delivered to your door oh so conveniently, costs a fortune and hurts your back after a year, then say goodbye to gimmicky online retailers and look no further than the original mattress factory. They’ve been making mattresses the same way for years, have mastered their craft, and charge much more reasonable prices than their competitors. My wife and I needed a mattress fast when we moved, and while I believe they do deliver, we went straight to the store and drove home with our new mattress and bespoke box spring that day. Mr. Andre at the Garner branch was so helpful, exactly the type of gentleman you’d want to buy a mattress from, straightforward, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Within minutes of our new purchase he assisted me in professionally strapping or new mattress and box spring to the roof of our car, something most people don’t know you can still do with just about any car, and since then my wife and I have enjoyed better sleep than we have in YEARS. “First off, let me state this review is long overdue. I came to this store on Christmas eve 2021. My Wife is a talented cook and I wanted to get her the very best which she deserves. I walked inside and was blown away. The store was beautifully laid out with all these different types of pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. All the colors hit you like a ton of bricks. The organization is breathtaking. The other employees and customers seemed happy. Its definitely an upbeat atmosphere. I am a big watch guy and my best explanation would be walking into a Rolex (rolex is the best) store; with all the models laid out. I didn't know where to begin but I knew I wanted to get my love a nice set. A sweet man named Steve walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and started to choose various items. With every item I chose, Steve would open the box to dust off the item and reinforce the product in the box. He did this with careful precision and class. The word panache was created for this man. He walked with me and helped me choose different items for about 90 minutes. I blew an obscene amount of money but got a great discount since I was at an outlet. It was raining hard this day and I am handicapped. There was 9 canvas bags of high end cookware equipment. I asked Steve if he could help me and let him know I was parked on the other side far away. He explained that the back door would lead me to my car and he would personally help me load my vehicle. You just don't get this type of 1950s customer service anymore. To top it off I received my customer service from a man who should teach it for a living. This was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I have since gone back and took my Wife to get her a few more things. Luckily Steve was there and helped us again. Come and visit this store, you will not be disappointed.”

Nathan helped me find a nice desk and beautiful gold floor lamp from Target brands (for much cheaper than sold on their website!). “DMV Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job for our full kitchen remodel project. DMV worked with us closely to maximize cabinet space and options, as well as to determine ideal light options and electrical outlet locations. Given every option had an expense to it, we were able to develop a plan that gave us our desired features while remaining within budget. DMV’s Project Manager, Cemmy, was great to work with. He provided excellent advice and remained our focal point throughout the entire project. He also remained open to any backsplash, countertop, and appliance options we preferred for the project. Cemmy was responsive and answered questions and coordinated any required adjustments as the remodel continued through each phase and inspection. He made the process go smooth and less stressful for us given the overall scope of the project. Cemmy provided constant updates and was present whenever we had any questions. He did a great job putting together the original design technical drawings which helped to ensure there were few surprises to work through as the project continued. He directed the construction team as the project continued. We could not be happier with the results and would recommend DMV to other clients considering a small or large kitchen remodel project.”

Sir Glasses noticed I was having trouble in an aisle and he offered his assistance. He not only helped me to the right aisle but also was pivotal in getting a great price for what I needed. Side note: two kids playing a demo called out for his attention but he kindly told them to wait as he helped me - bonus points. Tyler rang me up in the electronics section which was a plus due to the line up front. And he agreed on the sweet deal Sir Glasses and I found. Young Adult rang me up when I eventually had to come back for another item and followed the same course of courtesy that’s much appreciated at Target stores. 10/10 review for the team.”
