We rented a walker for a relative who was staying with us for a month, and it was a great experience. “I met with Ofelia both at her showroom and at my house, she was very nice and seemed to know her products. We paid her $500 to to a cabinet design for our kitchen on September 22, which she said would take about 2 days. After that, she stopped taking my calls or answering text messages. On October 9th, she emailed that she had a family situation that had been taking her time and would refund the money. Since then, she has not responded to me or refunded my money. Update: Oct 3rd Ofelia issued a refund for the design fee earlier this week and called today to give what I would describe as a very sincere apology. She explained that there was a complex family issue. The nature of the issue is not what I would describe as ordinary or something that would be recurring. I think that once some time has passed, things will be back to normal for her business at least, and I wish her family the best.”

He searched all over and finally landed at Superior Rent To Own. He explained our situation and even offered to pay extra to have the recliner delivered before end of day. Not only were you accommodating to our needs but you didn't charge him extra and had it to us within 2 hours of him leaving your establishment. Your driver helped my husband disassemble and reassemble the recliner to get it to our master bedroom and he was so professional.
