I’m sure you guys are above free sales advice... Are you trying to lose customers, or..?”

He brought many different samples to our home to assist us in selecting the quality floor and the best color for our home. He promptly returned all calls, and he kept us informed on the delivery and installation dates. The installation was amazing. They said it could take up to 3 days. The installers worked diligently and completed the job in one day. The floors look beautiful. It definitely changed the whole look in our home. It seems the associate I speak of is in need of retraining in diverse behavior.
