The school owners + staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, encouraging and supportive. There is a solid sense of community/family at the school, from staff to students and families. The biggest impact we’ve seen to our daughter is a major boost in her confidence and courage; while it’s an excellent physical workout, the kids are also taught respect, control and responsibility. While we were sad to step away from in-person classes at the school during COVID-19, the owners did a remarkable job at pivoting to Zoom classes in the interim, and happily the kids are back to outdoor classes at the school (and park) again now. We feel safe sending our daughter as the school has taken great care to follow all precautions/guidelines. “We did a remodel about two years ago and it was great and reasonable. Reconfigurations to our kitchen were drawn out for us to see and approve, flooring was also installed in our home. The cabinets were quality and beautiful. The installer was amazing and we use him still for side projects. The lady we worked with has a British accent and we felt did a good job. They were supposed to come out and take final photos but never did. But overall things were done well and it was quality work. The installers are contracted out not their employees. I had tile and granite counters installed by a different company and the installers communicated well with each other.”

“I have a backpack that had two zipper that were not working. I had two other canvas repair look at it both said it can't be fixed. I contacted the owners and said that would like to look at it. I meet them and they took my backpack to evaluate. Two days later I was call and one zipper was repaired. The other on was not able to be repaired or replaced without total being totally disassemble. It was on the bottom and was never used anyway. Jay and Heather were straight up, honest and extremely reasonable on the price. I highly recommend them for any canvass wotk.”

“I won’t lie and say there were no issues, appliances are suffering supply chain issues so the delays were large, not Hagedorn’s fault. I ordered over the phone because I knew what model I wanted. I forgot to verify the model number properly and what I heard as a D was in fact an E so the first delivery was the wrong oven. They were great, took it back, gave us a loaner oven and ordered the correct one. The installation team was great too. I really can’t complain, I’m not naive enough to expect no issues ever with things I order so, to me, it’s the response I get and everyone was fantastic in their response. When it’s time for a full suite of appliances, I will head to Hagedorn. Thank you!”

“Went Sunday night 05/02/2021, @ 8:20. Moving quickly to get a few things. We knew they were closing the doors at 9. Grabbed a couple things from health and beauty aids, needed 2 or 3 from cosmetics, @ 8:41 the girl was closing it off said she couldn't help us, and walked away. While we were waking away we had a nice team lead who was putting up returns heard me grumbling, allowed me 2 grab my 2 things. She was kind, and that's why I'm giving them a nice review! Really wanted to blast them for making me walk down to grocery to check out at 8:44, & then walk back to the general door to leave, but the nice team lead made the day better. Thank You team lead, you made my world easier.”
