Upon calling customer service line, they indicated that to replace that shelf, it would take 3 months to order and ship. We reached out to the Lakeline OfficeMax and they kindly agreed to take apart their display bookcase in order to give us this shelf. Both the manager, Josh, and the sales person, Kayla, were not only professional but very kind and accommodating to help us out. Very pleased with the service at this store! Highly recommend.”

“Sadly the location that was nearest to me permanently closed down . I loved that store. They were never like their competitor W-S. At W-S they would follow you around the whole store pressure selling you. At Sure La Table they would give you a friendly greeting and if you had a particular interest they would gladly help you. Or if you were just browsing they would cheerfully say " let us know if you need anything." The website is really easy to use but, I do miss that hands on feeling. I like to be able to look and touch what I am paying for.”

Well without one, I went into the store today and was greeted by a man in the garden center that walked me all the way into the store to show me where the things I was looking for were. He spent a good 15 minutes with me explaining how to do things and teaching me. Satisfactory service. I thought all of my questions were answered when I saw a woman working there and asked her a few questions... Her name was Heidi. What a huge asset Heidi is to the store there. She gave me some wonderful ideas and showed me all around the store for different possibilities on things I can create myself. Heidi was very informative and I felt excited when I left there and not overwhelmed.
