They are also very good about correcting issues with prints. During several visits I have witnessed them reprint items for customers after an error was noted and they have also done the same for me when I noticed an error with the scaling of one of my prints. You will pay a bit more than a standard thrift store that sells whatever is donated, but that is a reflection of the quality standards.
