“I recommend using the floor store if you're getting carpet and/or hardwood. We've had two interactions with the Floor store in 2020 and both have been positive. Orders were fairly straight forward, pricing was better than stores in surrounding areas, communication was excellent, and installation was great (we only had carpet installed). We had a minor hiccup with the nails used to keep carpet secure at door transitions poking up, however, we notified Floor Store and had a repair guy come out in a few days. Overall, we're really happy and will order and install with them again next time we need hardwood or carpet.”

It was an expensive sofa and a selling point was that I could order new covers...until they stopped selling it. I thought I would have to chuck it, but the frame and cushions were in perfect shape. I met the team at Sparkle, very knowledgeable about fabrics and durability (we have a dog) and I I now have a "new" sofa with better fabric and seams than the original. Pick up and delivery easy and very reasonable prices and delivery times. I will be back.”

We contacted them originally to clean our area rug, but before starting Jed called and informed us that the rug was in bad shape (17 years old) and would be almost as much as a new rug. We stopped in and they were very knowledgeable and focused on the rugs that had a similar style and color to our old rug. After we made our pick, the new rug was rolled up tight enough to fit in the car and we were on our way.”

We had limited space to work with so everything was custom built and will last forever. You can get something a little cheaper but you won't get the same quality.
