Having a list of preferences that I was looking for, Brad pointed me to the area where I could browse and he helped me map out the design so I could have a better understanding of how different selections would fit. Brad also suggested measuring my space at home and (using masking tape) to mark off the corners of the dimensions, a tip which I found to be so practical and helpful. He was never pushy and was knowledgeable with merchandise availability. After going home I called the next day and placed the order over the phone with him.
