The other day for example, I had bought a game that I had been excited about for a long time, when I got home however the game had been damaged so I couldn’t play it, I called the store and they went above and beyond to get this resolved as quickly as possible, the person I talked to was really nice about it, she actively listened and went out of her way to answer all of my questions and help me as much as possible to the point where I knew exactly where to go, and what to do when I got there.”

“We recently purchased a Purple 2 and Mattress Firm brand adjustable base. Our salesman, Mike, was great! He was very thorough in answering our questions and explaining the differences in the Purple line. He was not the least bit pushy, which we really appreciated. He allowed us some time and room to privately discuss our options and make a decision. Super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the store’s products. On delivery, we discovered an issue with the product (a small hole in the fabric), and Mike arranged for a replacement within minutes of us contacting him. Re-delivery was quick, and no issues with the replacement. Delivery time was accurate, and delivery guys were quick and professional and made sure everything was good before leaving. The Purple 2 has been awesome for us! On our previous old-school mattress, we’d wake up hurting and aching. This one has been cool and extremely comfortable, especially with the adjustable base. As with any new mattress, there was an adjustment period, but now that we’ve had some time with it, we love the mattress, our Purple pillows, and Purple sheets! Would highly recommend asking for Mike at the Wylie Mattress Firm. Great experience!”
