“I was so sad to leave a yoga studio when I had to leave west coast. The first thing I did when I settled down in this town was trying out all yoga studio around here. Although I have been practicing yoga over 10 years, I was not up to hot yoga. After some free trial classes they offered (yeah, you should check it out their website), I was certain this studio was the ONE even though I was not a big fun of hot yoga! I think instructors are knowledgeable and super nice. I enjoy each sessions and definitely see the difference mentally and physically after a couple of months. Highly recommended.”

The machines are well taken care of, the place is always clean, everything works, and the staff is attentive and friendly. They even have two Jacobs ladders which In my opinion are the best equipment for overall fitness available. Daycare staff is also great and the hours are really good throughout the week and even during the weekend. I have brought my 3 year old and he always has a great time while I’m working out. This was more than what any other gyms had offered me. I joined that day and am very impressed with how clean everything is. Motivational sayings are posted everywhere. Vanessa let the other trainers know about my neck limitations so that my exercises are designed as to not add stress to that. All of these characteristics made me feel important and cared for. “Nice and cool with a staff of knowledgeable independent trainers. My wife has been going there for five plus years to meet with Annette who is an excellent trainer for women, men and older people and she organizes wonderful and popular boot camps around Thanksgiving. They in recent months added a professional and what appears to be is an excellent MMA fighter trainer. His students are wiry, look tough but are very polite students serious at becoming good MMA Fighters themselves. They also have a good male trainer a big man who from observation and talking to my wife's trainer Annette, he teaches good technique and is able to lift impressive loads of heavy weights! Did two sessions with Annette for sore hips. Last new chiropractor couldn't adjust properly and I hurt for several days after that.. Subsequently,stopped seeing chiropractors. Previous chiropractor was great but retired. Annette did a shared session with my wife and did stretch and stretch exercises on specialized machine. The finished up showing how to "foam roll" soreness away. Pleased with results! Her knowledge and techniques had me walk away without hip chronic internal soreness I've for many months. She said after awhile we can get back to having chiropractic maintenance again. Worth looking into working with Annette for training induced injuries perhaps from boot camp workouts or maybe Cross Training exercises as well as foundationally solid strengthening and physical maintenance training. Update 2022 September. Walking and standing better. Pain gone in hip muscles knowing how better to anchor my torso, angle and place the inside of my foot. Making myself aware of structural adjustments avoids frequency of chiropractic adjustments sessions. Xcel still has great trainers. The nicest update is their window displays now announce what they do.”
