“I've been to a lot of yoga studios in the past and YogaSix is a great modern yoga facility! YogaSix offers a variety of class types; my favorites are sculpt, hot, power, and slow flow. I love the variety in the schedule, with plenty of morning and evening sessions offered (yay for those with busy calendars filled with work, kids, or classes!). Some studios can feel very cliquey, but YogaSix RH is far from that. There are multiple sanitation stations and Staff is always sanitizing equipment to ensure the safety of its members. Bathrooms are always clean and fully stocked. The crowd meter is one of the best features, which allows members to determine if the gym is busier than usual. As a black card member, I adore the hydromassage table and the option of going to different clubs. I am able to track my activity in the gym which keeps me motivated towards my fitness goals. I appreciate that they have not increased membership fees especially during a time where numerous companies are passing the inflation down to the consumer. Planet Fitness is by far, the best gym on the planet and reaffirms why their name is Planet Fitness. Affordable. Numerous locations and open 24 hours. Best gym ever!!!”

“I began Dr. Gretchen Dyers metabolic reset in June 2020 after seeing some family members have success with the program. This program has amazing fresh food that my whole family enjoyed. I am a type 2 diabetic and my goal was to gain better health. It is the owner, and great coach Tommy who eases you into the training, and although you go at your own pace, his direct motivation and that of other gym members, encourages you to push yourself. Tommy, honestly cares about the success of his members and it shows in results. The Proving Grounds Gym akin to a private training gym/instruction, with a few others folks in each class. Its no cakewalk, but if you put it in, you will get it out! I have been a member of a few gyms in my time both in the US and in Europe, and I can honestly say, this is a great gym. There are no posers, and everyone is very friendly – members encourage each other to reach their goals. The main coach Tommy also gives you advice on general well-being and diet, and I can honestly say 2022, will hopefully be the fittest I have been for 2 or 3 decades.
