“In April of 2019, I wanted to take my efforts to the next level since I hit a personal plateau within my own workout results. My co-worker recommended their trainer, Bruno, so I thought to myself, okay, here is my shot. A month later, I made my way to Bruno’s gym. Upon entering the gym, I felt comfortable. It was roomy, had a lot of equipment and had a great vibe. I then met Bruno. He immediately displayed a professional, friendly and kind demeanor, and then began a question and answer session. After “sizing me up,” he told me that I could achieve my desired results if I stuck to his proven, healthy, results-oriented plan. He showed me a clearly articulated agenda, and then advised me that if I stuck to the plan, I would meet my goal. Fast-forward to July of 2020, I have not only met my goal, but I have exceeded it. My body (and my overall mindset) has transformed into something that I did not think was possible, and I have only Bruno to thank. He is an awesome trainer and friend, and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a personal trainer.”

The classes are motivating and teaches the children self-defense, caring for others, to make better choices, to do their best at whatever they choose to do, It truly brings the best out of the children not only my grandchildren, but I see it in all the other kids that have been attending as well. The staff is very invested in each of the children. They work alongside the kids and are extremely motivating. The children work very hard and yet they have a lot of fun during their sessions. Donna the owner was amazing and in the time of craziness allowed me to workout free of charge for the next 3 days. The gym is also clean and a super good spot for both your outdoor and indoor training. I am now thinking about getting a membership here as well this week just to have a secondary place to go. “We came to Mega on recommendation from a friend. The owner and staff are warm, welcoming. I have taken my kids to another facility that caused my kids to be disinterested and the staff did not seem to be connected to the kids. Mega has fostered a love of gymnastics in my child, who sets goals and developed confidence from the coaches encouragement and attention. They are ensuring the kids are safe and learn to do things properly. It is clear that they create a foundation before teaching new form and tricks. In addition, in December and January we had a missed several classes because of a family problem. Mega was extremely helpful and allowed us to make up the classes. Not all places do that, unless they cancel the class. We’ve been at Mega since August. I absolutely recommend this place.”

“Superb fitness club. Locker room was very clean and well kept; employees busily bustled around to keep it in good condition. Locker room has both a steam room and sauna. Swimming pool has a deep end (about 11 feet) that you can dive into as well as 2 slides that enter in around the 6-8 foot depth. They offer rentals, and you can rent the pool for a party and have them blow up a bouncy pad that floats on the water. Staff was helpful and cordial.”

I’m addicted to detoxifying (ie.sweat bomb) in the infrared sauna and I think the classes are great. You go “at your own best pace”.
