“I work out. I enjoy my workout. The staff are friendly. There are always enough working machines. Staff keep the gym clean and well ventilated. They also have beverages just in case they are needed. Growing in mental health. Nothing works long term for keeping the extra pounds off but a healthy diet and regular exercise. P.F. definitely helps.
