I have taken 5 different classes from yoga in the pool to yoga on the lake, & each one has been unique, challenging & so enjoyable! We are only as good as our instructor & she is amazing. Our son started working with Coach Neil 5 years ago in a previous gym and the transformation in his physical abilities and mental focus were noticeable by all of his team coaches. To this day we try to a couple times a year to drive several hours so our son can train and visit with him. The other trainers and trainees at the X-factor have openly excepted us and we are treated like family every time we visit. X-Factor and Coach Neil are a blessing to young athletes!”

Has a great variety of machines and free weights. Does have a squat rack and 2 smith machines. The Ab machines could be updated a little. But other than that it’s perfect and gets the job done.
