“This is my 2nd home. Not like any other gym. Not only is this a powerlifting gym it is truly an EMPOWERING place. It can be intimidating at first seeing other people mostly women moving and lifting large amounts of weight but it is truly powerful. Ethan (owner and coach) is very knowledgeable and really gets down to the basics of foundation, core and form. If you want an out of the box type of gym and learn the fundamentals of powerlifting and also grow mentally and spiritually definitely try it out.”

“This place was amazing :) I had never tried a hot stone session before and I am very happy I did! I was a bit hesitant due to the temperature but everything went great and my session was so relaxing. I was even given a towel set and robe to change into for my session. The best part of my experience was laying in the stone room. The stones felt so warm and the relaxing music made me feel very at peace. Then right before my session was over I was given eucalyptus towel to help me transition and cool down and it felt amazing!”
