“I have been attending sessions with Michelle twice a week for two years. She is a wonderful teacher and her take on gentle somatic yoga has done wonders for my chronic back issues. I am 72 years old and am not interested in yoga classes of 30 or 40 people in a huge facility. Michelle’s classes are small and very manageable for mat spacing. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

Coach Mike is an excellent teacher and genuinely cares about his students regardless of their experience level. You can tell he is passionate about Muay Thai and is also very well equipped to teach. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was 15. My knees buckled when the pain flared up. I didn't have a dentist at the time, so I and my wife called every dentist listed in the area. It was Friday night, about 10PM, so we got only the answering services. I left a message with every one of them -- then, I got ONE call back: Dr. Zudor. I never met her before, but after hearing how much in distress i was, she told me to meet her at her office. We were at her building in no time. Five minutes later, a man in a business suit and a woman in a slinky black dress show up. It was Dr. Zudor, and her fiance. He ended up assisting her for an emergency root canal. She's been my dentist ever since.”

These people care on a first name basis.
