The coaches scale everything to your ability and experience level. They are very good with focusing on form which is very important to me. “This is a great gym. Had to stop going a few years ago because of my work schedule, family and the bulk of the classes are in the afternoons. Physically wasn’t able to be there during gym hours. Jeff Mucci has tried to have am classes but of no fault of his or the coaching staff seems like it’s easier to get hands in the mitts for classes during afternoons and evenings. Really appreciate the staff and love of boxing the gym planted in me. Once all the craziness subsides fully intend on going back. Recommend this place to anyone as they will work with you”

“I've had 6 pregnancies and could not lose the 20-40 pounds I gained with each child. I couldn't function without 2 naps a day and I was missing out on having fun with my kids. I've seen the 6-week transformation challenge a few times while I lived in California but because of child care issues among other things, I never bothered to learn more. While doing the challenge twice, I managed to lose 46.2 pounds and 43 inches. I no longer need naps, I have more energy and I'm able to play with my energetic 4, 5 and 7 year old boys. “There's definitely a lot of equipment here to use. It's similar to a layout you would see in a gym- about 3 (?) leg machines and then I saw about 7 (?) upper body machines and then one machine for legs. Can't remember the exact count. Each machine, you use your own body weight to make it work. The added benefit is you get some to enjoy the nice shade under the pavilion roof. The times I've come there's hardly been anyone. My only gripe though is the machines feel as though they're very hard to move. Maybe they need to be oiled up a bit (?). I remember one particular arm machine, it felt like the bar was stuck... On the other hands, on some machines, the load felt way too easy and it felt like I was pushing air. Overall, decent spot for a workout.”

You will feel listened to and your treatment plan will be adjusted to exactly what is needed to support your healing. The site is warm and well lit, very clean, and lots of equipment is available to be creative with exercises as needed. Parking is easy and free as well.”
