I had to pick up other items for projects and Everyone in the store offered the highest level of service. Scott was incredibly helpful in finding the bigger item. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important to me. I will definitely be using them again for my annual carpet cleaning!”
