“Needed an extra large TV box for moving. It was up on a super high shelf where we couldn't reach it. The employee, Wes, went out of his way for a good 15 minutes finding the right size ladder that would be able to fit in the isle and get it down for us, he was super nice and went above and beyond to help us. Then we got outside with the box and it wouldn't fit in our car, another employee (I didn't catch his name) that was outside, noticed we were struggling and came and helped us get the box in the car! Best service I've ever received at Home Depot!”

I called and was lucky and blessed enough to reach manager Barry Butts. He is a dream of a retail employee! The only attitude you get from him is patience, kindness, helpfulness, intelligence and Southern gentlemanly charm. You can tell he has a true heart for helping in any capacity.
