I think I'm in shock). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Our 11 year old son is working on a project. He was able to navigate the store with the help of some of the friendliest Home Depot staff we have ever met. Someone who can help a little boy navigate a big warehouse without getting lost deserves a gold star... And then a separate cashier who patiently waits for the same child to figure out how to pay. “I like Lowe's because of their Saturday how-to classes. They're always free, and you can learn so much. You might think, I already know how to do that, but you may not be doing it the most durable way. Or maybe they will show you an easier way to do it with a different tool or product. They're very knowledgeable. Only their senior people provide the classes. The Lowe's near me has them Saturdays from 10:30-11:30. And they keep a big list of classes outside the store so you can just drive by to see what's coming up. And one of the very best things is how they take care of our military members. They now have reserved parks spots for active duty members or veterans. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate getting the military discount. Once you show them proof of your service, they're able to put it up every time after that by your phone number.”
