“I love how Lowe's put all your planting needs and wants right in the front as soon as you walk in their door. The only thing I would ask them to change is having more than one associate for the plant department. But overall their associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you need to get your home projects done. And for a heads up...... if your looking for a particular day or days that the store is empty they vary, but what I've found is Monday's, Wednesday's, and early Thursday mornings. Josef, the estimator (and owner) helped me make design choices that incorporated quality materials, within my budget, that looked good to everyone who saw it. Vlado worked the job quickly despite water damage in the walls, kept me informed of progress while I was on travel, and even helped me get reimbursed some of the cost of the water damage from insurance by noticing that the HOA was working next door on water damage from a leaking interior pipe they weren't planning to tell me about. I definitely recommend BBRS!”
