“I was given their name , when I couldn't find anyone to change or even take off a flat tire on my 50" cut lawn tractor. I was given the service department and spoke to a very nice man, who had all the answers for me. I had no way of getting the tractor there, so he is calling back with when someone will pick up my tractor , he also offered to check all the tires, as I was told this tire was dry rotted. Looking forward to being a customer of these very polite people that work here!”

“I had never heard of a Sears store being privately owned. I was completely shocked today when I went in this store to pick up something that I had ordered on line and had delivered to this particular store. This simple looking little hometown store was very impressive inside!! The owner was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable about everything in his store. There were washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, beds, lawn mowers, vacuum cleaners, garden tools, other power tools, and even kayaks! An excellent selection of everything. It seems like this store took all of the best products out of a regular Sears outdoor / garden department and appliances department and put it in one store. The employees that worked there were very friendly and honest about the products. They seemed like all around good hometown people. I would buy my appliances from this store anytime over the other two big box stores because of their excellent customer service.”

We were given estimated ship dates of every part and fixture and were told that our choice of vanities and sinks were back ordered from the factory and would be several weeks out. We were kept abreast of our order status and everything came in before or as promised. We were able to pick up individual items as needed while our contractor was working through the project. When at the parts counter picking things up I was the number one priority. All around top notch experience that needed to be shared.”

I went to true value and they had several 22" round charcoal grills that were $10 cheaper than other places (assuming they would have them in stock) One of the employees even assisted me with bringing grill, charcoal and few other things to my car which I did not expected or needed but it sure made my day. (older man short hair and glasses was the once that helped me) 5 stars”
