“This company is actually my 2nd choice for home fix-it needs but as they are convenient and closer than my 1st choice, they usually get my business. My most recent online search for a specific sliding closet door wheel replacement showed one item that matched what I needed. Photos show the old unit with cracked wheel. Luckily this location had 9 units in stock so I noted the Aisle and Bay numbers for easy in store shopping. They were in the correct spot and I had no problems at the quick self checkout. Not confident at first about the quality of the plastic wheel replacement based on the negative reviews, I was relieved and very happy that my new replacements are quiet and roll very smoothly. The plastic wheels may not last forever but they should be good for awhile.”

“I absolutely love this Home Depot ... I just moved from my beloved Colonial Williamsburg to Gloucester and just getting acquainted to all the stores on this side of the river ... I find their prices affordable and compatible to other similar stores ... Right now a lot of their Garden center plants are on sale ... Sis and I bought a very nice stainless steel kitchen work table and it was delivered yesterday Fed X ... I toured their Garden Center and am so pleased at all they have and not bad prices ... Can't wait until Spring because there will be so much more ... I am going to be 71 and my twin sis too on the 20th and I am old and gray ... but I had 4 young men that work at Home Depot ask me if I needed any help ... They were polite and courteous ... I was there right at opening so maybe I just got lu KY ... Most workers wear masks but there are no mask requirements to enter store nor are there anyone wiping shopping carts ... I do see hand sanitizer in main store ... I for one wish ALL stores still pursued safety first ... Any hoot ... It's a HUGE parking lot and 2 entrances ... 3 if you count the Garden Center when they are open ... It's a great location ... A bit tricky getting into their parking lot ... You enter the intersection where Chicken Filet is and turn just past Chicken Filet ... Drive straight until you get to the very last parking lot on you left and Home Depot being the LAST store on your left ... The several times I have been in there I have always been able to find a very helpful worker and they have even taken us right to what we were looking for ... “Truck driver here. DO NOT GO TO "S BURRIS ST", that's not the entrance, I learned that the hard way lol. The entrance is on Peters Rd. Don't follow the GPS. Anyways, you need to check in with security first and then once they give you the paperwork back you'll go to the shipping and recieving office, which will be on your left side towards the middle of the yard, inside the office there's a clean restroom and also they have vending machines, the shippping office will assign a door for you. The yard is huge, loading docks are on both sides of the building, plenty of space for safely backing into the docks. If you have a seal someone will come out and cut it for you. People are very nice and the whole thing took about an hour. I'll be very happy to deliver here again.”
