“This is one of the best stores I have been in. The store is designed for a handicapped person to navigate easily. I am in a electric cart and my car has no problem negotiating every aisle. The people were friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally clean. I felt like I was in a higher class store. The produce is very high quality and the meats, bakery, and deli were all fresh. There is a great selection and all organized. This is a great place for a Auckland trip or for large monthly purchases. I very highly recommend this store. “It’s hard to find decent customer service these days and we had to hand it to Dave and to Carla with this specific store. They went above and beyond to make our view of going to this Home Depot a pleasant one. We went during a snow storm looking for a specific vanity that was showing 6 in-stock. After scouring the aisles top to bottom, we couldn’t find the one we were looking for. Dave asked us what we needed help with and point us to Carla, who helped us with a smile. She not only walked us to the aisle we needed but found the pallet in the way back of the store that housed the vanity we were looking for. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure we got the product we wanted. We had 2 guys unload the vanity and put it on our cart. We went to check out and Dave asked us if we got everything we needed. He was happy to hear that Carla was able to help and assisted us with the self check out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were so thankful for their help! Outstanding job to Carla and Dave - keep up the great work!! :)”
