Our company has dumps, pick up trucks, cars, trailers, skid-steers etc. and they can handle it all for us. I wasn't expecting much, but the GM took 30 minutes of her time on a busy Sunday to locate a new battery. There were several roadblocks, but she didn't give up until one was located. I was so impressed with this customer service, especially in this day and age. This is definitely my go-to hardware store from now on.”
