They were great communicators and we felt like a priority. Things moved fairly quickly. They smoothed out any bumps along the road. It’s been a year since the remodel and we haven’t had any issues with our home. They helped with design decisions and I think our home flows so nicely. Looks like it was originally built this way. She is very professional, friendly, and knows the product inside and out (in our case, Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades). Ruth was able to describe clearly how the shades would behave given the profile of our particular window hardware and frame depth so I could make good decisions. She also did multiple pricing quotes for us with very quick turnarounds. The installer, Pierce, was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a quick and clean installation. We would definitely use them again.”
