“After an estimate of $3900 from another company (later reduced to $3100), I found Surefire. I had a pretty heavy infestation in my bedroom, and while I didn't have severe reactions to the bites, I knew I had to eradicate the bed bugs. Brett saved my life--and a whole lot of money. The equipment I rented (heaters, fans, cords and laser thermometer) was exactly what I had seen online for $2000 to buy and had considered doing that. In fact, when I met Brett to pick up the equipment, I discovered that he had purchased from the same company I had talked to, the same person. This is a VERY user-friendly company! I had several emails and phone conversations with Brett and later Ryan over the time I dealt with Surefire. Every time they were patient and willing to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. I was intimidated at first by the equipment/process of DIY bed bug treatment, but the detailed instructions Brett gave me were easy to follow. I found the equipment very easy to use, and I had no difficulty with the treatment. The lowest price I found prior to finding Surefire was $1000 to rent--for one day. I had one Elite 8 heater and three fans for three days, and my total cost was less than $600. I think it's a significant advantage to be able to rent for multiple days to make sure you get get a certain "kill." I treated three rooms. If you have discovered bed bugs in your house, I strongly recommend Surefire Rental--unless you have money to burn.”

They treat you like family and are very down to earth. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick out the best carpet and flooring for our needs and her team of installers were very pleasant, friendly and did an amazing job including moving all the heavy furniture and appliances ( costs a little extra but was way worth it!) plus cleanup afterwards. I found the prices to be fair, and the inventory vast and varied. NOT just your typical antiques, but lots of cool things. I got a Waterford vase. It is stunning. I paid $75.. more than I can afford, but too well priced to pass it up. I'm not sure who I worked with, Liz or Rosemary... one is the owner, the other is the sister. I worked with the sister. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). He was very eager to please and understanding when I changed my mind on how low I wanted the huge and heavy light fixture in our 2 story great room. Thank goodness he is a fireman with Smyrna, TN fire department and was not afraid to climb high ladders. I have referred Don to everyone I know, so much so he was too busy to do some recent electrical work for me. What a bummer - but if you can get him - he's worth waiting to have work done by him.
