It is obvious that most of these people have no details to share about "why" they're leaving a bad review. I wish people would put as much effort into being good as they do being negative. We used TFH and they were the most honest, patient, and helpful company. They helped us so much through our insurance claim, and made sure we were very well taken care of. “My 15 year old cedar shake roof needed cleaning and preserving. E&R gave me a reasonable quote. After seeing their work on neighboring homes I decided to have them do the work. Heidi scheduled the first work, cleaning. I was very impressed. I hoped the stain/preserving would be as good. I paid extra to have a brown color stain. Heidi again scheduled. “I like the way the store is laid out better than a lot of other stores. It's always very clean and organized looking and unlike other stores there's not a lot of stock clutter in the aisles. The shelves are always fully stocked. I never have to wait for an associate to check me out. They are real nice to me and always ask if they could help me find an item or did I find everything I needed. This is one of Dollar Generals' best stores. I will definitely keep shopping there and even look forward to trading with them again soon.”
