“I worked with John to set up the installation appointment for our new furnace. He was great to work with, was honest, and answered all of my questions right away. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They finished up ahead of schedule and made sure to clean up afterwards. Their installation looks flawless from what I can tell and they politely answered all of my questions before they left. After they had left, I noticed a typo on the invoice and was being charged a little more than what I was quoted. I texted John and within minutes the issue was handled and I was sent a corrected invoice. They also called to apologize for the typo and made sure I was aware that the price I was quoted was the price I was getting. This is not the first time I have worked with Seider as they also installed a new A/C unit a couple years back and a new water heater earlier this year. Everything has been running perfectly so far. Every single experience I've had with Seider has been nothing short of excellent - from the customer service, to the installations, to the annual maintenance services. They will have my business for the foreseeable future. I don't know how I can trust anyone else at this point based on the great work Seider does!”

“These guys are great. My family all use Kenny, but I also worked with David who is good as well. You can get brand new or used appliances. The brand new is usually floor models or has a ding somewhere. Kenny has always found me a brand new appliance with a ding in the back where nobody will see it. We've bought complete sets of kitchen appliances and just 1 off pieces at different times. Kenny and David will give you many options but don't pressure you to buy. There are a few bad reviews on this page. Keep in mind 1. These units are used or floor models so they aren't perfect (which is why you get them for half price). 2. These guys have a ton of customers. By the time you see it on Facebook, it's probably already sold. They aren't leading you astray if it's gone. Their newer stuff just sells faster than you can drive to the store. Your best bet is to walk in to one of their stores ready to buy. You'll get great product at a great price with a 1-year complete warranty. I recommend this place, specifically Kenny and David.”

“We recently had Luxury Vinyl Plank installed throughout the majority of our main level. RJ, measured the area and listened to what we wanted as far as color and durability. He showed us several samples that all met our criteria. After settling on a product, we scheduled the installation about three weeks from then, which gave us the time we needed to prepare for the install. Marcio and his crew showed up a little after 8:00 AM and were finished by 1:45PM. His team worked together in a very efficient manner, first removing all the baseboards, undercutting the door jams as needed, cleaning as they worked and immediately started placing the LVP over an existing floor. As the planks were completed near the walls, new baseboards were installed, caulked and nail holes covered. They swept the floor and moved our furniture back into original location. They even reset my door stops. We could not be happier with our choice of Rusmur.”

“Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. We recommend Chad and Signature Tile without hesitation and will be using him for future tile needs. Thank you Chad.”
