No where else would help or listen to me, until i met Jackie. Jackie helped me and fought with me to get my daughter taken care of. She then set me up with Jennifer Hughes. She’s the best in the business and answered my ridiculous questions with such respect, no matter how ridiculous they may seem. I can proudly say that today, my daughter graduated from feeding therapy!!! I can honestly say That i am going to miss the staff and i am so sad we won’t be spending anymore time there! “This was my first visit to this facility. There were 2 gals working the front desk. They were exceptional. They made me feel like I was important. When I got to my infusion chair I met the lady that was going to give me my shot. She was very nice and professional. This shot is around $800 and I normally am able to get a grant that pays 100%. This time there were no grants available. This place buys the medication and then bills Medicare and my secondary insurance leaving me $0 to pay. The best part is I am now an established patient and they will provide my shot to me every 6 months. Try them as everything about this place is great.”

“Was suffering for about 8 weeks with a Kidney stone lodged into my Ureter and it wasn’t budging. Went to the ER because the pain was getting worse. That is when the stone was seen. I was referred to Urology SA by the ER. I called and they said they had an opening at the the Brooks City Base location with Dr Russell. I had to have a procedure done to remove it with a camera and laser. I will say this about Dr Russell. They have numerous locations around San Antonio and to see him I have to drive about 40 minutes. 100% worth the extra drive. Very friendly, professional and obliterated the stone that was lodged. The staff there are friendly as well.”
