Let me tell you they were so kind, so thorough, attentive, and awesome with him being his first visit to an urgent care. The nurses and I worked as a team to get the tests done. They were so kind to him..They got us in and out with a diagnosis and sent the script to be filled. I HIGHLY recommend Medella Urgent Care. The bed side manner was outstanding. “Dr. McGinnis is the best. He saved my daughters life-literally. I had been to the walk-in doctor and emergency with my daughter and kept getting dismissed. Michael saw my daughter for 1 minute and jumped into action. He checked her blood glucose and informed us that she was critical and in DKA. She was transported to Children's Mercy. She was diagnosed with Type One diabetes. Michael made sure to call and check on her and us. The staff has always been so helpful, especially the front desk!”
