I just stopped in to visit with Chuck and review our policies and I was immediately met with a friendly welcome from April his assistant. I felt bad dragging my 3 year old into the office but Chuck was really excited that I brought him in and within 5 minutes he was at ease, coloring with April and talking about our family pets. I felt like I was his most favorite client! Chuck walked me through our deductibles and other plan details, pointing out ways to improve our plan which actually kept our monthly rate exactly the same.
