“If I could give them 10 stars I would, 5 stars alone does not justify the amazing experience and care we received here. My boyfriend and I had gone to Shane Co. before going to Jared and boy was that a mistake. At Shane co. we were passed on from one associate to the next and then the second associate disappeared for 15 mins without telling us even though we stated we wanted to purchase a diamond engagement ring and possibly both of our wedding bands. It was not busy at all and there were associates going in and out of their office/vault area in the center of the store. We left furious that we were profiled either by our looks or attire or possibly race. When we entered Jared a few minutes later, after the horrible experience at Shane Co., we were greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles. We had been there before and assisted by Brett , the Assistant Manager, who was thankfully there that day as well. He was friendly, kind, attentive, honest and really listened to our needs. We didn’t feel pressured nor ignored and he was patient with me as I kept rethinking the cut of the stone. He found us a beautiful diamond that checked all our boxes and more! Thanks to Brett and the team at this Jared location we found exactly what we were looking for and left with an amazing experience my boyfriend and I will remember forever. Thank you Brett! We will be returning for all of our future jewelry/watch purchases!”

If I need a unique gift, The Store never disappoints. Saving the best for last, where else will I find Betty Cooke and her recognizable anywhere jewelry. I continue to wear it all from my first silver line and circle choker to my gold long necklace which Betty always wore with her regular black tops to my gold and black sea pearls necklace and matching earrings. We were on a journey for nearly a year finding the perfect diamond and not once did they get annoyed with us. At once point we were going to the store 3-4 times a week. I didn’t expect this level of service from a big box store. We went to the Pembroke Pines store since that was our local store and got treated horribly. Through recommendation we went to the Plantation location. Whatever negative review you read don’t believe it because they really go above and beyond to make you happy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I hope corporate reads these so they understand how good of a staff they have at this location.”

“My boyfriend and I walked all over Great Mall to be told numerous times there are no cases for S10+ phones. A quick Google search brought us to this establishment. They had a few cases which I found affordable and of high quality. They have other trinkets other than phone accessories such as jewelry and clothing. Owner was polite and they practice covid precautions - distancing and clear dividers. Parking can be tight, there are spots in the back/rear. A few in the front but again, very tight. Will return here for additional needs for my phones or electronics before going to the mall.”
