“I always have a good experience coming in here. All of the employees show interest in me and greet me with a smile on their faces. I heard their ear piercings were expensive so I went to check them out and they are completely reasonable. If I really want to get my ears pierced, then I’ll pay the damn $70. I’ll happily tip my piercing specialist as well. They need a tip after dealing with toddlers screaming and rude customers. The store is very well kept for being a kid’s store, and the service is amazing. I would 10/10 recommend!”

While there my eye caught something that resembled the Alex and Ani bracelets which I purchased there as well at the time (however they are not Sterling silver). I stumbled upon Stia and had a very hard time picking a new bracelet to add to my collection. But the young lady and I thought the North Star was appropriate. Everytime I've been here, I've received amazing customer service!.. to where it makes me keep coming back. I walked in not knowing a thing, just the basics that good ol You Tube taught me .. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out what I needed, to start practicing with and gave me a few options that I could do that would make the process easier. In my opinion (take it or not) This place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with people that are friendly and engaging. Tons of different options, and cute little extras all around the front of the shop. Like cute little fake nose rings, that My teen daughters love. Most importantly my daughters enjoy coming here, and feel comfortable asking questions about different products. So that's really what did it for me. “Update: The store manager called me shortly after I left my review and rectified the situation. She told me that my warranty is still active since I did bring it in and as long as I continue to come every 6 months, it will be covered. If i go past 6 months and something does happen to my ring, that’s when it’s not covered. It was just explained to me incorrectly in store by the associate who helped me that day. She also told me that I need to specifically state that I’m there for my 6 month inspection and ask for a record each time or they may not know to log it into their system which is probably what happened to me the last few times I went in for the inspection/cleaning. When my husband bought my ring back in march of 2020, we were told to bring it in every 6 months for an inspection and cleaning in order for it to stay under warranty. And we did. Every six months. We went in the other day for the inspection and cleaning a bit early because it really needed to be cleaned and they told us it was no longer under warranty because they have no record of us bringing it in to be inspected and cleaned. Which is an absolute lie. Id really appreciate someone reaching out to me to get this straightened out. My husband spent good money there for them to just screw us over”
