When I dropped them, a customer was being abusive to the woman at the counter about an off premises shoe repair that wasn't back yet. She remained calm and patient and explained when the shoes would be back. (I wouldn't have been so kind!) When I picked up my items, EVERY ITEM was perfectly dry cleaned, all spots removed, and way better than I had hoped for with the extreme discounts given. The owner has a multi step process that is an old school very professional way to give an industrial style cleaning to residential carpets bringing them back to life. “We are in the middle of a remodel, but kept our existing tile flooring but they were so dirty from construction dust - Silver Olas Cleaning came through and did the most incredible job cleaning and resealing our tile/grout and the floors look like NEW! We are so happy we kept them. We had one issue spot with grout in our shower that I asked Jimmy about and he came back the following week when he was in the area and went ahead and fixed it for us - THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Our neighbors have already used them for their tile floors and could not be happier as well. “I visited 2 other laundromat close to my home before coming here and I liked this one better. I went by the reviews. This place is clean, quite, simple, and it has good prices compared to others. This is my third time coming and I've had good experiences every time. It has all that you need including different load sizes machines, dryers (two ladies told me that the oversized dryers do not dry well and not to use them), change machine, soap, bleach and softener machine and a laundry bag machine. Folding tables, trash cans and chairs. Also a small snack and drinks machine. There is a bathroom which I haven't used so I don't know what it looks like. The only thing is that I've never seen anyone onsite that could respond to your needs if you had an issue with a machine or something else.”

Look at your own clothes very carefully and if you notice something please point it out to them so they can mark the item. Otherwise it may not get noticed. You cannot expect them to scrutinize each item as they would not be able to process items in a decent timely manner not continue providing the great prices the offer. I have never had anything but a button get broken but that’s going to happen even if I did them myself.”
