The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning). The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time. When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious. They cleaned all requested areas and were respectful of our things. And what a reasonable price!! We will be contacting them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend”
