“In my search for a Locksmith on a Saturday I found/called Houdini's Lock & Security, Chad stated he had a job downtown and would meet me afternoon/early evening, which he did calling me 15 minutes before arrival. I brought Chad a Schlage lock that we lost the key to and he was able to change the cylinder to match our other locks. Not only was I impressed that he took the time to help me on this non emergency issue on a Saturday but he also only charged normal weekday rates, which was much much less than what other companies would have charged, especially weekend rates (I did call other companies checking their pricing). Chad has our and our family's business from now on...We Highly Recommend this company...”

“Rafael showed up faster than expected and was extremely efficient. I was stuck in a snow bank after sliding off the road in a snowstorm. I waited 24 hours in my car for my insurance to try and get me a tow out! They couldn’t get it done, but these guys got me out from the phone call to driving again in less than an hour on a busy day! They have done a good job with carrying quality products and having a really good staff that is ready and willing to help you out. However, how do you get consumers to come to Ace for something other than grills and replacement keys. If you continue to expand on your brand, listen to the consumer, and connect them with products they REALLY want, that is going to be what sets you apart from the competition. “We needed Alpha Mailbox for several months as we transitioned from the Wet Coast to our new home in Vegas. The staff were always polite and the few times we needed some accommodation they were extremely helpful. Out of all the pieces of mail delivered for us, we only once received a letter intended for another mailbox. That's exponentially better than the usps service at our new Vegas home, were I get a piece of my neighbors mail on average once a week. They have other services including a notary at the location, and after hours access is a huge bonus. For the price you can't go wrong.”
