I spoke with the owners wife and she was very professional and took time to explain everything that’s was going on due to the storm and they was backed up with 30-40 semis to be towed. She took time to take my information and insured me that they would be out to get me and to just be patient with them. To my surprise they arrived before I knew it and my drivers name was Rusty. There wasn’t nothing Rusty about him. He was very professional and polite and got right to it in single digit temps. Rusty didn’t stop there; after explaining how he was going to connect the truck and wedge it out; he went above and beyond and spoke with the dealer on getting me assigned to a bay door right away. When it was time to take my car to get the starter replaced the same gentleman came and towed my car and let me ride along to my appointment. I asked him if I was going to get charged for him coming out the first time he said no which was super nice of him. They were professional and really friendly and for a tow not to unreasonable.”
