“Awesome owner She's loves Antiques and her rooms show it. Nice clean Ms Clair & her hubby take care of all her customers and helped me out during the last storm. Now don't expect a smart tv..tube tv. I love it. Reminds me of the past. Simple no stealing identity ect. I got the cutest little corner blue tub and it's right on the Ohio River. Ya all need to experience this. Sad though COVID fighting her bank to keep it cause her banker left sold her note. I pray she can keep it. “Found this little gem looking for dog friendly motels near the beach. If you want a “cookie cutter” room with standard features, this might not be for you…We wanted a classic beach area rental and loved it! 😀 It felt like an old Route 66 motor inn!…reasonable price, clean & safe, absolutely…plus lots of charm & local flavor…adorable bungalow style…each with a table & chairs outside! So much fun!! What more could you want?! By the way….the owner is wonderful, friendly & helpful…and, your dogs are welcome!! Pennie & Joe say paws up for Palm Motel 🐾🐾”

“Super service! Very well organized and lovely family running it. We stayed one night ($42) of the July 4th weekend and they insisted we enjoy some of their “cookout” and they had fireworks for the kids at 9pm. They also sell propane and have a large fenced dog park”

“Look say what you wanna say, and it's probably true. I myself have reason for thoughts of this place for very personal traumatic reasons. But I have had to stay here. It's a roof with walls and climate control, you can clean yourself, it's actually pretty private, and the staff I have interacted with are nice, friendly, and helpful. I've had no issue or complaints. So I mean if you look for smoke your gonna find fire. My suggestion if you ain't from this city and are judgemental in my opinion you'd be more suited for up by the interstate! Lucky lodging! K.S.”

“Had a lovely stay. The breakfast has tons of options and they have coffee and cookies always ready throughout the day. The bed and pillows are higher quality than most hotels and inns, we slept so well. Beautiful landscaping and walking/biking paths, and the pool and hot tub are well kept. “Nice clean quiet campground. Primitive as well as gravel camping pads for campers. First come first serve. Great fishing, we caught cats up to 9 lbs. There are a few hydrants however no dump station. There is one to the north just north of Milligan at the Sinclair.”

“This place is amazing! We had a perfect night on the deck. I wish that I took more pictures but I was having such a great time. We saw 9 deer overlooking the field. They have a variety of appetizer plates, pizza, wraps, and salads that were delicious. I cant wait to go back again. I couldn't find a wine that I did not like. I was able to have a generous tasting and ordered a flight so I didn't have to decide!”

“We had the most incredible stay at Maple Cove B&B! We were in Lake Orion for a family visit, but wanted our own place to stay to make the trip a little more special. Maple Cove provided a true safe haven for us in between family time. We stayed in the August house which was beautiful, spacious and incredibly cozy. We are so glad we upgraded to the full breakfast (definitely recommend!) and enjoyed the deliciousness on the porch each morning listening to the birds and watching the bernadoodles play. Thank you for an incredible stay! Maple Cove will be our regular place whenever we're in town!”

“I see a lot of bad comments on this business, so I'd like to take time to write about my experiences with this company. The application process was explained to me very thoroughly from the Valrico office property manager. The process was very simple, the application fee was only $30.00 per adult. Pricing for the homes can be found on craigslist which is helpful because the pricing for the home isn't given until the day of the application. With the recent price increase in rentals in the area, they still have affordable pricing. I found out that I was approved, the property manager put together a quote for me and my move in quote was EXTREMELY affordable. I got a move in quote from invitation homes and it was well over $7,000 to move in, as to where it was only just over $2,000 to move in here! My home was move in ready and Victoria made sure my transition into my new home was smooth! People hardly write good reviews so I feel compelled to put this information out there. They have been extremely professional in my experience and if you have time to chat with members of the community you will find everyone here loves their home and property manager on site! I would definitely recommend Homes of America for your next rental. Especially if you are on a budget!!!”

“We are a age restricted park:) BUT now it seems we are also an ACTIVITIES restricted park due to the rudeness of an assistant manager towards our beloved activities team. WHEN YOU are lucky to have such hardworking, careing, volunteers, they should be treated with respect and gratitude. Now employees have caused our super bowl party and casino night to be cancelled . After Covid we were all happily comming together again. Way to go management!!!!”
