“If you are visiting Arizona this is a must stop!! This is my first time back to Colossal Cave since I was kid. The whole family took the Ladder Tour and our Tour Guide Everett was the best!!! The drive down was beautiful. It was very easy to find and had plenty of free parking. The nature trail was short and sweet and it had a gorgeous view. I highly recommend the Ladder Tour for children 12 and up. Everett made the tour so fun and had so much patience for our kids “million questions”. We learned so much and left feeling excited for our next trip back. Thank you Everett and the gift shop attendants for your kindness and help.”

“We were hired to complete renovations for a new apartment complex in Alexandria. We were having an issue getting our demo'd trash collected on a regular schedule. Towards the end of the remodel we happened to meet Paul with Prestige Valet Trash Services. He was on-site to complete a walkthrough with the apartment property in order to provide the residents door side trash pickup service. Prestige does not even usually handle bulk trash removal but when he saw the need, he customized a plan for us that worked and we were able to complete the remodels smoothly in a clear space thanks to Paul and Prestige! I called to inquire about a reservation since the reviews were great. I had the pleasure of speaking to Doris (which believe me, based on the reviews, it’s always going to be a pleasant experience) who gave me ALL the details I needed in order to reserve. Unfortunately due to having a large dog breed my husband and I aren’t able to stay here. Empathetic, Doris made it a point to continue communicating with me for a couple hours AFTER we got off the phone just to make sure I was provided with a couple nearby parks where both my dogs can come! My experience, without ever staying here, was amazing! Thank you so much Doris for all your help!”

“SHEEEEESH, WHAT A STAY! I booked here on a sporadic visit back to my hometown to visit some friends visiting town for a week, and wow what a great experience. Honestly, not to sound cheesy, but this was the best value of a hotel I've ever had. From beginning to end, from first phone call to checking out, I was very very impressed. Everyone was super polite, the location was excellent to downtown, Colonial Williamsburg and all the restaurants and attractions etc.., the lobby was fantastic, clean and well stocked with seating and working areas, the room was incredibly clean and fancier than expected, all the staff were genuinely nice and gracious, and the free continental breakfast was a perfect hotel morning meal. I was so impressed that I immediately booked another night later in the week, AT AN EVEN CHEAPER RATE THAN BEFORE, and had another great experience. I didn't use the pool or the gym, but both looked very clean and accommodating to guests. This Comfort Inn will definitely be my go to when returning home for my annual visits. Cheers, Comfort Inn! The grounds are well kept and everyone can have lots of fun at the clubhouse, where they hold weekly Project Linus quilt sewing meetings, many many scheduled activities to attend as well a a fantastic park bbq that's free to all tenants, a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner where your just asked to bring a dessert, Santa Clause always comes to see the kids, there's a pool table, the largest of the pools (3) and a heated huge lap pool, a jacuzzi, bbq areas, a playground and a basketball court, and the staff are amazing!”
