“I went for a job interview and noticed that the grounds were neatly kempt, as was the lobby. The staff were and have been helpful and efficient and warm. I would suggest staying here as the accommodations are good(breakfast served and wifi was to my liking) the service was good, the location was good(comfortably tucked-off but relevant) and the place is clearly well maintained.”

She and her kids are sweet. 😊 The park is a quiet, secure place with about 10 to 20 minute drive access to groceries and other needs. Especially loved the cheap on-site laundry system and the walks to the lake.”

“Extremely clean and well maintained. Next door to golf course to which you receive 2 rounds per day at check in. Very secure as pass keys are needed everywhere!! Washrooms and laundry were excellent. The dog park was tiny!! Some people had not cleaned up after their pet so it was also dirty!! That was the only downside though.”

“The room we had was good, the service was great, and the breakfast was great. The pool was nice and warm when the jets were on. Had full kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes. 20 minutes outside of Nashville but worth the drive if touring Nashville. We visited the zoo and stayed here. 2 queen with a sleeper sofa. Kids used the sofa. Sofa was not too comfortable on the couch.. took mattress off and put in floor, and they were good then.”

“Best unobstructed view of the Ohio River hands down. Great location. Comfy rooms with fireplaces, decks that go on forever( or so it seems!). And heated for the winter! Enjoyed staying at this timeless gem this past weekend while enjoying all the Madison Holiday festivities. I’ve stayed at the Riverboat many times and, again, it did not disappoint. Always refreshing to begin with a smooth and friendly check in! The room suited our needs very well! Kathy and her employees always go above and beyond! When expressing our disappointment in not finding a golf cart to rent in town(poor last minute planning on our part on this warm December weekend), Kathy had our problem solved in less than five minutes, with not one, BUT two golf carts to accommodate our group! Enjoyed the socializing and live music on the deck both evenings. Great band and so many friendly and welcoming people, guests and locals alike! Also enjoyed hearing about the latest updates that have been made in Kathy’s unrelentless efforts to always offer better and more! Best place to stay in Madison, hands down!”

They also provided great customer service and it was easy to contact owners for questions and assistance. The attention to detail in the rooms did not go unnoticed. The towels were high quality and the bedding and bed were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. Even the kitchenette was well stocked with quality utensils and dishes. Even the keurig coffee selection was well thought out with organic options. And the decor was lovely!”

“It was a good overnight spot in an absolutely gorgeous location right off of the highway. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that we were put in a spot with no sewer hook-up. It wasn't discussed when I made the reservation and wrongly assumed that we had one. The park was about empty when here, so I think full hook-up spots were available, and could probably have switched, but by the time we realized it, we didn't wish to move. No big deal. Laundry and showers were available, though we didn't use them and fast wifi (Starlink, I think, as we saw dishy on the outside of the store), which we did use. We were happy to not have to set up our own Starlink dish since we were here just one night. The store was a huge bonus. We were surprised to find a lovely chilled, dry rose wine from CA for a reasonable price and enjoyed it immensely. They have all kinds of gift items, including jewelry available for sale. Nice stuff. Also, food such as you would expect to find at any gas station affiliated place: hotdogs, pizza, snacks. We were hoping for more in the way of food offerings, but it didn't matter, as we had our own. They had an excellent candy store, with homemade chocolates, fudge, old fashioned candies and ice cream. How delightful! Lattes too!! This is a pleasant location for an overnight stay. It was clean and well- maintained. We wouldn't want to hang outside with all of the mosquitos, but we didn't need to. I would absolutely stay here again if were were on our way through.”

“We spent a couple weeks in our camper at the RV park. Recently purchased it and wanted to see how we did. The price here is VERY reasonable compared to other places and the staff is great. The only complaint we have is that another camper had a dog barking non-stop during early morning and late nights. Very irritating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.”

“I loved this location across the street from Grand Lake St Marys. It was a beautiful view from my room and very quiet and peaceful. The manager exceeded in customer service with a smile. He helped me with a few things I needed, like taking my ice packs and putting them in the freezer for me and checking my tv because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. There is an Fraternal Order of Eagles club across the street on the lake that had a band and a restaurant. You must be a member to enter the club. There is also a Moose Club next to them. If I was in the area for anything, I would stay at the Americas Best Value Inn Celina.”

We dont have kids, but there is so much for them to do (pool, playground, jumping pillow, barrel rides, movies in the pavilion, bike rentals) that we wanted to be kids! Laundry room is clean and open 24 hours. Staff is friendly and helpful.”
