“This is a really good bang for your buck. Everyone there was very friendly. All the employees working there greated me everytime I passed them in the hall way. The room was clean. The towels were low quality. But other than that the room was nice. They have free breakfast and close to the theme parks. I stayed there in April and I don't really have any conplaints. I took a chance staying there and it was worth my $$$. I would go back.”

“We just spent two nights in the 2 bedroom cabin and I was beyond pleased! The cabin was cute and clean and had everything we needed! The atmosphere is quiet and very friendly! They have an in resort pizza shop with pizza wings and ice cream! The pizza was amazing! Will definitely refer anyone headed this way to stay here!”

“I’m giving this four stars because the room was very clean and check-in was easy. And the rates were very fair. Parking was free and a piece of cake too. We could park just footsteps away from the room. The rooms were nicer than I expected and they had a mini fridge and microwave and arm chair with a large ottoman. Our room also add had HBO. The biggest issue was how wiggly the mattress was. If the other person even so much as a wiggled a foot, the whole bed shook. So would we go back there if we were in that area again? Likely, but I would be sure to get two different beds for us or remember to bring an air mattress for myself.”

“We long talked about visiting the Willamette Valley in Oregon's wine country.This trip did not disappoint. We absolutely loved staying at Franziska Haus in Dundee Hills. So close to the wineries, vineyards, and restaurants, yet set in a quiet and serene location. Stunning gardens and patio and delicious breakfast each morning in the gorgeous Great Room with volume ceiling and fireplace. Brigitte and Clark could not have been nicer and so helpful with their recommendations. We stayed in Katharina's cottage which was so spacious & private with lovely views from the sitting area. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.”

“I have 4 dogs and they didn't charge me extra; the other place wanted to charge me 10 per dog. The dogs should have their own room for that. They gave me a big room in the corner so it was easy for me to take them out and they wouldn't bother anyone. They are very kind and I really love the location.”

“Great B&B. We stayed in the suite but the three house is also absolutely amazing. The Suite was extremely spacious, had some board games that we could play, a huge shower, and amazing views of the forest and coast. A small hike through the forest will take you to amazingly beautiful beach area, that I bet is amazing for summer stays. You can also drive to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, she made sure we were comfortable and full! Even gave as the recipe to her amazing pop-overs.”

“I came here as a kid in the 90s and early 2000s, came back again as a seasonal camper in 2019 and it just keeps getting better. There is always something for the kids to do; between the awesome playground, beach, weekly kids’ activities and crafts, BINGO, hayrides, bands, seasonal picnic, Christmas, Halloween, Haunted House, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, bonfire for Ring of Fire , etc. We always have so much fun! Super affordable weekend sights and seasonal camp sites. On calm days, you can launch your kayak or canoe at the boat launch. You can also launch your boat or jet ski at the private boat launch. I highly recommend Birch Haven!”

“Just got home from Country Dreams B & B in Marion, KS. We had a wonderful time. My hubby got his turkey with help of Jim the personal guide, I got my rest without having to ask! Had wonderful family style dinners served up by Alice, a clean organized household with the help of Brenda. Kent was warm and welcoming. We will be going back. A beautiful lake, and lots of wildlife you can view from the sunroom. Oh, and the breakfast never stopped! I would give this a thumbs up!”

“I have only spent a short time here visiting. There's not foot high grass or trash piled around people's homes. You can tell there's effort being put in to keeping it up. From what I understand the management runs a pretty tight ship and this helps add a well cared for aesthetic to the park. That's all I know.”

“The staff is so friendly and helpful and I see them running around all the time working to keep this place top notch. They keep pretty good hours in the office so there is almost always someone to help if you need anything and if there is an emergency I've seen the staff here working away to get it fixed. The facilities have stayed very clean the whole time I've been here. Bathrooms are in my opinion usually a good measure of how clean a place is and the bathrooms here are cleaned daily(or close to it). Laundry is a breeze here. It is all paid for through an app so you don't have to worry about keeping cash and quarters. All the washers and dryers work great. The pool and hot tub are great. They also have small dog parks in almost every corner of the park. The spots are clean and offer plenty of room. I have a 29' trailer and could easily still park 3 vehicles and have room for my "porch" out front. Power and water are reliable. They have had to shut the water off for emergency and maintenance purposes from time to time but never very long. The free wifi is okay for browsing but you're not going to do much more than that. They offer faster internet packages for streaming that are pretty reasonable.”

“The Yurtopian was amazing. We stayed in Len Gar, which sits up high and the view from the roof top balcony was awesome. Our area had everything we needed and during our 4 days/3 nights here we only went to town to eat 2 meals, enjoy some shopping and some hiking at Jacob's Well, which was all really close. The rest of the time we enjoyed our secluded area at Yurtopia. The kitchen supplies allowed us to cook some amazing meals. My wife enjoyed every minute we were here and hate to leave but we will definitely find a time to come back.”
