“Manager is fantastic! Seems that they are bringing in new homes to upgrade the community and redoing the roads. I heard they already have more roads being redone in the Spring. Nice quiet community with great residents.”

“We went out of season. Had the place to ourselves. That was great. The lake is fabulous. We brought our own kayaks. You could rent kayaks paddleboards etc. The employees we came in contact with were all really nice. The downside for me was. No cups in the room. No coffee pot. Ice was 10$a bag No beverage ice machine available that I ever saw. The Apache Trail road though... the 11 mile route... that I didn't like..”

“In the Bakersfield area for a class. All the area hotels had terrible reviews. This one was about 20 mins from the location I needed to be but well worth it. Area was safe, rooms were clean and quiet. Bonus for food trucks a fruit stands down the street.”

“Depending on what room you are it may or may not have roaches/bed bugs, stayed 4 days last week and they insisted we had a dog we did not, the first room we were in had such a drop off getting out of the tub I fell twice tried to tell them and all the sudden they couldn't understand English, you get what you pay for not to bad just check the room first...and the tweakers will keep you up all night”

“Stayed here a couple of months while working. Peaceful & quiet. Located out in the county with beautiful spacious lots next to the creek, with large lawn area to take our pets out. Within 10 minutes to the quaint town of St Francisville, and historic plantations. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & will return.”

“The best thing about my stay at Spencer Canyon Campground was the camp hosts, Mark and his wife. They kept the place very clean and were always friendly. Having clean smelling bathrooms was a great surprise while camping. As others have said, some of the sites are very close together but some allow for more space. The views from the higher number sites, 45+ are amazing as you overlook Tucson. From most of the sites it is a little walk to get to where you can park but a few are closer. I had a relaxing and restful stay.”

“Stayed here for girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this B&B. The social hour wine & cheese, and gourmet breakfast both mornings were fabulous. Even catered to food allergies. Coffee and tea available all day. Deb & Ron are great hosts and we so enjoyed hearing stories of their renovation and how they came to own the property. We will definitely be going back. Red Wing is a great area to explore and shop.”

Nancy was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our perfect and relaxing weekend getaway :) We will definitely be back!”

“Springhouse Apartments is a great place to live! Each of the apartments is a 2-bedroom unit, and because each building is an 8-plex, all apartments are a corner of their respective building, which affords a nice feeling of space and privacy from other tenants. The units have private entrances, very high ceilings (at least on the 2nd floor), a spacious feel, and lots of beautiful natural light. A big boon is that Springhouse is pet-friendly; I have my own cat, and I see many dog-walkers around the property. The central air conditioning is very handy, and as a Canadian unused to the heat and humidity of southeastern PA it was very necessary for me! Neighbors in this area are extremely quiet (they tend to be professionals and/or older tenants), and I never heard a peep in all the time I lived here. Quiet area in general; you'll hear some traffic from Main Street, and the occasional groundskeepers/landscapers from Springhouse and surrounding properties, but aside from that it's a relatively peaceful place to live. Tons of parking spaces, and a convenient stop for the 93 SEPTA bus (albeit not the most frequent bus) mere steps away. Walking distance heading eastward to the Trappe Tavern, Dairy Queen, and a strip mall (a tad further away, maybe 10-15 min walk) which contains a Dollar Tree, True Value, Hair Cuttery, and other useful stores. Reasonable walking distance to Ursinus College (20-25 min; I did it twice a day, every day). Driving 5-10 min westward (you'll need a vehicle or to hop on the bus, because the sidewalks disappear and walking isn't the safest) is another strip mall with a Giant Food Store, Target, Staples, and all the other big box stores you'll need. All of that speaks to an overall very convenient location. Finally, Mike Lockyer is fantastic property manager! If I ever needed anything, he would respond very quickly; on the one occasion during my entire tenancy that he needed to enter my apartment on a PECO (gas/electric)-related matter, he provided plenty of advance notice. Seriously, if you need to relocate to Trappe, Collegeville, or surrounding areas, this is the place you want to live. UPDATE: I just wanted to say that 3 years later, this review holds up 100% In my time since leaving Springhouse Apartments, I've lived in a) a penthouse "luxury" apartment that had ongoing roof leakage all over my living room, and b) a poorly-maintained house with owners living 200 miles away and neighbors who blast ghetto music at all hours of the day. Truly, I never had a single issue -- not even a minor one -- in the year that I lived at Springhouse! I often think about it and wish I could have taken the apartment complex with me, because I doubt I'll ever find a place as good as that again. I hope prospective tenants read this review and take it to heart -- you won't be disappointed!”

“Stayed here for a few nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent, and the bed wasn't bad. The water gets extremely hot, and the water pressure is insanely strong!! The room was clean, and the linens were alright. Some of the towles I had in my room had stains on them, though. Didn't try breakfast here, but it smelled good, and they did have quite the selection. I would stay here again.”

“Awesome place to stay, been living here a week and I love it so much. An overall awesome atmosphere, welcoming environment. They let me keep my suggestive witchy doormat outside our place here, everyone's friendly, and they treat us with respect even though we are tattooed and strange. The deluxe inn once 2 years back turned us away because renovations, when we returned to cleburne less about a week ago, they turned us away again, and said if was due to renovations. I think it has more to do with being judgemental towards my partners appearance. (He has face tattoos) THE SAGAMAR INN HOWEVER, WELCOMED US, HOUSED US THE SAME NIGHT THE OTHER PLACE TURNED US AWAY, and smile at us daily. 💗 Love love love staying here, out of all the motels I've been to this one feels right for us. We pay 70$ a night, so it is affordable. And in my opinion worth it.”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”

“We booked this beautiful cabin for two nights and loved it so much we stayed for a third and would have stayed the whole week if we could have. You can tell the owner put her heart into renovating this place. It’s so cozy you might not want to even go explore outdoors but you should lol. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook or bake. Ton of fun games downstairs to play while you’re sitting in front of the beautiful fire place. The fenced in backyard is perfect if you have a well behaved pup. My dog was actually depressed when we got home lol. And so were we lol. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“After 15 years, I went back to Tanque Verde with my sister and her husband for vacation. We love this place since there’s so much to do and just about everything is included. This is a great spot for people who like to stay active on vacation and don’t mind the lack of TVs. During our visit we enjoyed multiple horse rides each day, in addition to tennis classes, axe throwing, archery, hiking, and time spent by the pool. Our favorite activities as teens and even now as adults have definitely been the breakfast ride, lope rides, and team penning. It is an investment, but worth it! Special shout out to our outstanding wranglers, Mike, Dakota, and Aspen! We also loved our server, Omar! We appreciated the great service, humor, and attentiveness shown to us during our visit. Side note - Don’t get frustrated if you don’t pass the lope check right off the bat. Safety is huge on the lope rides, so it’s nice to have wranglers who care and are willing to work with guests through the lessons to help them meet their horse riding goals. You pay a good bit to stay at the ranch, but at the end of the day you’re dealing with horses and it’s not just about you and what you want ;)”
