It did take a few months as i had to wait for someone to move out. Glen in the office is great! Potholes need fixed but other than that i am so happy that i moved into Hi View! The cost was reasonable, especially versus the alternatives. My room was clean with a good TV, refrigerator and microwave. Nice! The setting was comfortable and quiet. Winner! I highly recommend the Green Cove Springs Inn.”

“I've been here for the last week. Linda has been a very accommodating host. I was here for three days, left for one then came back. I found both rooms to be clean, no off-putting smells and no maintenance issues. Its barebones minimum as you should expect for a motel in this price range. No A/C but its July and heat hasn't been an issue. I love that its right off the main road so easy in and out. The minor road noise has not been an issue for me. I can barely hear it with the door closed and cant hear it at all with fan in the rear window. Full beds, not queens. Great wifi service. No complaints. I'm back now for the third time for four more days.”

“As long as you keep your head down and dont cause problems its fine there. What i mean is take care of your trailer and yard. Keep pets tamed. Dont be loud and obnoxious just be a good neighbor. Pay your rent on time and dont give the office hassle and your fine. I havent had any problems here. I like the park and from the stories ive heard in the past the park is way better now. Sandy and Brandi keep it running smooth and are really nice to as long as you do what any good tenant would. Its not hard to be a good tenant. I like living here.”

“Staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean. Bathroom was nice & neat. Air conditioner worked very well. There is a mini refrigerator & microwave. Ice machine is by the office, as well as, a vending machine. There are fast food restaurants and gas stations within a block. Plus it is located right off the freeway. A couple of exits traveling N.101 to the Gilroy Outlets. It is not 4 star or luxurious and sometimes you can hear guest talking loudly but it is neat, clean and decently priced.”

My guest were impressed with this location, waterfront views, loved the food, and service. All the staff were very professional, detailed, organized, and helpful. “This is a nice park. Pretty good value for the money (about $51 a night for a 50amp PT). They have a lovely pond - an attractive park. Our site was very spacious on the passenger side, however, the site next to us on the driver's side was much narrower and they had a constant campfire going, so we had to close the windows on that side. Not their fault - their fire pit was just too close to our unit. All gravel sites and roads, but lovely grassy areas! I would highly recommend Olive Branch!”

“This B&B is lovely inside and out. Nestled in horse country and nearby bourbon trail, it was perfect for our little getaway to Kentucky. Innkeeper Hope took great care of us, with a delicious breakfast every morning that kept us going until dinner time! She was also delightful company. The inn is quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sunset.”

“After receiving my security deposit in the mail my review has changed tremendously. The rooms were very nice, the showers were comfortable, and the beds were neatly made. The people in the office were nice too, but unfortunately I had to wait almost a year for my security deposit. That doesn't mean this place isn't worth it. I ended up paying only about 70 bucks for a single night, and it's close to everything you need. I will recommend this though, please stay safe because there are some weird people there.”
