“I normally don't give 5 stars because we always can improve but this place deserves 5 stars. We arrived really late like around midnightish and called and a man answered and showed up and rented my wife and I a room with our dog and while unloading the car he turned the heat on. Also checkout time is 11 but he allowed us to checkout at noon because of our late arrival. I could go on and on about all the positive of the room, bed, old cabin look, and how beautiful the scenery is/was but it would take forever. I recommend and/all of get a chance to go because my wife and our dog will be back and back there. $emper Fi!!”

“My husband and I, along with 2 dogs have stayed here for about 4 months. We loved it and would highly recommend this location! You can really enjoy the outdoors with the large open area of grass, the RV lots are spacious and it is peaceful. The internet with AwesomeNet is also very good. The owner is nice and humble. We would stay here again.”

“Loved it. Pretty scenery and majestic horses. Is is a bit far from any place to go. If you are looking for peace. This is the place. Go when it is cooler out so that you can horse ride. You also must arrange riding way in advance. Beautiful place. Owners were very nice.”

“Can I do more than 5 stars. This place is amazing. So much to do for everyone. They have 2 pool areas. The kids one connects to the recreation room with a snack bar. They have play areas, volleyball, tennis, trails. You know it They have it. Movie night for the kids is so much fun especially under the clear skies you can see the stars so bright. Each weekend night they had music from cover bands to dj to karaoke. All family friendly. Everyone is friendly. Only thing I would say is it could use a few updates. But recommend it to everyone. It's definitely a memorable experience for everyone.”

“This was a very clean and very comfortable experience. The bed was very comfortable , things were easily accessible, the free parking was well maintained and close, and every aspect of the room was very clean. I only interacted with one staff member and she was very friendly, kind and respectful. Unfortunately, I did not have time during this stay to try out the pool, coffee/computer area, hot tub or breakfast but will definitely keep those in mind for the next time. The only things that might be missing for some people were a bar and complete restaurant. They do have the free breakfast and also 24 hour access to purchase a small selection of snacks and frozen food. And there is a beverage center and two casual eateries right next door. There are also a number of actual restaurants and bars within a less than five minute drive.”

“We moved into Hugo Estates in October 2020 and had some major setbacks getting our home placed and ready to move in. With the help of Katrina, Robbie, all the property staff and owners of Summit Properties, our move was made much easier. We are very thankful for all the hard work we received from everyone and truly making our transition less hectic and possible. Katrina and all staff involved were very responsive and helpful. All of questions and concerns were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. It truly is a wonderful community, very clean and well maintained.”

“What an awesome place with tons of amenities to have fun all day! We went to the Oil Ranch today 11/11/2022 for a field trip and it became a favorite really quick, will definitely go back. I'm told they have a great light display during Christmas so check them out for that! The price of your ticket includes all their fun activities such as duck races, horse rides, pumpkin patch, train ride, hay ride, barn and petting zoo and lots more! 😀 Everyone who worked there today was super sweet, very respectful, and very patient! I think I speak for my little family when I say we can't wait to go back!!! Thank you, Oil Ranch for a very memorable experience! ❤️”
