“This is our second trip to Off the Hook and Its just an amazing place!! So peaceful and clean!! The campsites are spacious and your not on top of each other , we had a group of 20 people and never felt cramped! There’s so much for the kids to do (basketball court, pool tables, swimming hole, kayaking and paddle boat, fishing, frisbee golf) they were entertained and busy the whole weekend! The staff is so sweet, your greeted with a smile and so helpful with any questions or request we had!! She even helped me out with my coffee fix 🤣🤣☕️☕️! Highly recommend this campground, we will be back for sure to make more memories❤️❤️ Truly a slice of heaven”

“My partner and I had the most wonderful time during our stay at Bella Collina Bed and Breakfast. Sherwood was an absolutely delightful host, and he made the stay remarkable. “This is an average motel with a great location and above average outdoor amenities. The pool, kiddie pool, beach area, playground, basketball court, lake, and outdoor Cafe are convenient and very nice. If you have kids, they're going to love swimming and hanging out here. There is a small, roped-off area for swimming in the lake, as well as an activity area where you can rent paddle boats, pale boards, or kayaks by the hour. The negative here is that while there are lots of lounge chairs at the beach and pool, there unfortunately aren't enough. People will routinely take towels to 'claim' chairs early in the morning, only never to actually use them. Case in point, a group of people next to us at the pool claimed 4 chairs and never showed up until after 3pm to use them. I recommend simply removing towels and using the chairs. The room we stayed in was average. It had a queen and full sized bed, small fridge, TV, and air conditioner. The bathroom was at a noticeable slant. The air conditioner required you to stand on a chair to operate it, and only worked in 'automatic' mode. The walls and windows are thin, so you will hear all your neighbors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The drive to 'town' is less than a minute. Overall, I would stay here again.”

“Staff is super helpful and friendly! I had an issue with my debit card and was offered help by one of the staff members (her name is Sandra and she's so nice!). The laundromat is extremely neat and clean, from the floor to the washers and dryers. There is ample seating and folding space, and working coin machines - although the machines accept cards as well. Parking is a little tight, so be mindful. Anyone looking for a reasonably-priced laundromat should definitely check it out - I know I'll be back!”

“A well maintained quiet campground. The process follows - drive straight in, staying to the right, and go by the bath house to fill your fresh water tank with potable water. Find your numbered site and plug in to power your trailer's water pump and lights. Enjoy. The sites going off to the right of the bath house are grassy and excellent for tent camping. The other sites are smoothed rock sites. 177 sites total - with 2 showers, 2 toilets, & 2 sinks for ladies, and 2 showers, 1 toilet, 1 urinal, & 2 sinks for men. There is also a dump station for the RV's. The only thing that was a nuisance was the train horns at different times through the night - which is something that the campground has no control over. Texts to the contact number were answered promptly. No on-site office and access is unrestricted.”

“We have stayed here several times. First time was back in August of 2006. It has never disappointed us. Quick walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities are great. There are grills to cook on and the landscaping makes you feel like you're in a tropical retreat! We love staying here and we have referred many friends to this place. The condos have all seemed updated and very clean. So much to do in the area. This place a little distance from the downtown area, but the beach and area is not real busy and is very relaxing. They supply chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Their sometimes even other beach toys available as well. You should definitely consider staying here!”

“As a female camper, security is always my concern. I was so happy to stay in this pleasant place along the river. The staff were very helpful, the site was right on the riverside and it was very peaceful. My dog loved it here too and everyone seems to be a dog lover that I met. Really enjoyed my stay especially the easy access for my kayak on the river. Will return soon on my way back. “Nice secluded campsite, very scenic and plenty of room for the whole family or group to spread out. The road up is rough, so you should probably be driving an SUV or truck to get here. Four Stars instead of Five because the toilet on site was overdue to be pumped out, so it was quite "ripe". Bummed that no campfires or charcoal were allowed (late July) but I understand. Also, three large bear boxes were provided, so evidently somebody was listening to Mr. Chen's review”

“Joined a large private group of friends and colleagues last year for first time there, they have gone several years for opening weekend. We had a great time, food, service and crew were all awesome.
